The 190th Episode : The official does not know

The hirsute guy left away. However problems happened one after the other.
At that time, the air ticket was E-ticket I used the first time. It was different from the existing air ticket which had been issued by the travel and air companies. We booked the flight on the internet of which booking number was to be printed and bring to the air company's counter and then they issue the boarding pass. It seemed to be unreliable, alright? Feeling so, I brought it to the counter.
Then, my anxiety was right on target! The clerk said that she couldn't issue a boarding pass for this!? I explained "no, no, this is a new system that is..." But her answer was only "I don't know". I called the Ghanaian travel agent in a hurry. He told me that the air company didn't know it well, yet. I explained it again at the counter but in vain. I called the travel agent again. The agent called the air company to explain and then my boarding pass was issued at last.
The above is short in written, but actually I walked here and there in the airport and phone calls many time, for which I spent well over more than one hour. I worried sooo much if I couldn't take the flight.
New system had been already introduced, but the clerks at the counter, the party concerned, didn't know yet... Is this also Africa?
