The 129th Episode : Argentine-tango
[May, 1998 Buenos Aires, Argentina]
Monday passed with a meeting in our distributor’s office. They attended me for a dinner watching a show of Argentina-tango. I had not watched Argentina-tango in live and even on TV, nor listened to the music seriously.
A man and a woman dancing sometimes strongly and sometimes charmingly on the sorrowful tone of bandoneon. I watched a Flamenco show in Spain two months ago. I watched two major dances to represent the latin in a short period. When we were about to leave the restaurant we could talk with a singer, who was a famous professional tango singer, they said.
There were many street performers in the park on the previous day, among whom a little girl and boy danced tango. They seemed an elder sister and a younger brother. They danced after their parents danced. The boy was paid attention by the audience as he looked so cute dancing like being twisted around by his elder sister. I wonder he’s been a good dancer now.
