The 67th Episode : Reggae I should dislike
[July, 1994 Panama]
I didn’t listen to the other categories of music than hard rock those days. Especially reggae, the light rhythm was not attractive for me, a hard rock drummer. I felt a little irritating with the sound. Sorry to the reggae fans.
One day we had time in the afternoon and our customer suggested me “Shall we go to the Panama Canal? About 15 minutes drive.” Then the car headed to the canal. Reggae sounded from the FM radio in the car, but had no disgust though I didn’t know why.
The shinning sun, the vast Pacific Ocean on the left and the palm trees on the roadside, such circumstance made the music suitable for me? I rather felt comfortable. Is some dislike object changed to the right one with its circumstance? I had got mature???
